Christie is very passionate about realestate and her market knowledge is on point. What I enjoyed most was the honesty and willingness to help throughout the journey. I'd definitely consider Christie as my agent in the future, I like the way she conducted the sale with transparency and her communication even after sale was still spot on, which isn't always the case for other realestate agents. We are really glad we sold our home with Christie. Through out the process, she was extremely professional and dedicated to the sale of our home. All marketing and photos were showed strict attention to detail and polished. Christie and the team at First National Ulladulla have all shown kindness and care through the seamless and quick sale of our home.
Chay has been exceptional every step of the way. From our initial meeting, right through to exchange of contracts, Chay has gone above and beyond to make every step of the process as easy and as stress free as possible. Her professional approach backed by a wealth of experience coupled with her caring and warm personality have provided us with an experience that was quick, simple and enjoyable. No request was too hard, no question was too small. We cannot recommend Chay highly enough. She is a true asset to the Raine & Horne team.
Having spoken to three local agents in and around Ulladulla, i felt like none of them were motivated in the least to get my listing to sell the property - they even spoke negative saying things like "the market is dead" and gave me sub optimal price expectations. No wonder why their listings sit for months on end. After a quick Google search, i found that Jo Jones at Mollymook was highly rated and after my initial call, i realised why. I got off the phone knowing i had found the right agent. Highly motivated from the get go. Did not disappoint and got the place sold for much more than the others suggested in the "dead market". I don't have a lot of trust in used car salesman or real estate agents, but Jo is proof that good ones still exist. What doesn't make sense is the fact that these other agents are much closer to Burrill Lake (where we were selling) than where Jo Jones office is located, yet she crapped all over them. A very smooth transaction and very helpful along the way. I don't know what the other agents selling fees are but sometimes you get what you pay for. I know who i'll be listing our second property in Burrill lake with very soon.
