When handing me the keys we found that a lot of the paperwork for appliances was not left for me to check. However, Brock did respond by email with two booklets on Air conditioner set up and security one as well. I had to get a friend to set it up and he found 27 logins for people on it to be able to turn off alarm. So, he deleted them all. Unfortunately, I discovered after looking around to find the cleaners did not do a good job.

Allana sold our first home she walked us through the sales process ensuring we felt comfortable at every point. She has strong knowledge of the property market in our area and ensure that the property was well advertised to attract a large group of potential buyers. Our home open was Sunday afternoon we had numerous offers on the property and by lunch time Monday we had verbally accepted an offer of more than we expected.
