However, post-settlement, our experience was disappointing. Damian became unresponsive to multiple text messages, some agreed items were not rectified, and rubbish was left at the property for weeks after settlement. Despite following up several times for an update, we received no response. This part of the process could have been handled much better, and unfortunately it impacted our overall experience.
