I would highly recommend Aaron and his team st McGrath real estate, Sth Hurstville. From the beginning, Aaron was open and a great communicator. We were given great advice in order to get our home ready for sale. No question was too dumb. He has a great knowledge of the local market and kept us updated throughout the selling period. In the end, he negotiated a great price for us in a very difficult, stressed market.

His coordination and management of the pre-sale preparation, marketing strategy and overall campaign process was very well executed. Excellent market knowledge, the team knew which levers to pull and when and kept us up to date every step of the way.

Daniel, Andrew, and Maddison not only know what they're doing — they are absolutely the best at it. They're people of great character, and that made all the difference. When deciding which agent to pick, I made the wrong decision and went with a big name agent . They decided to do a building inspection a few days before auction instead of the beginning and then proceeded to tell me how to undervalue my property. It was a stressful and disappointing experience. Daniel's team managed to turn it all around and got my property sold at a price I'm comfortable with. It wasn't a record, but given it was a bad time in the market, Daniel's team really shone through. I can't thank them enough.

Was great to work with, honest which I think is the most important thing when dealing with agents
