Jack was an excellent agent for us. He worked hard, gave great advice and was professional.

I took over the communication from my aging parents on the sale of their property. From the first phone call Jack was a great communicator, kept me up to date with prospective buyers and provided great advice on what steps to take to keep things moving along. He was very professional in his approach and was always contactable even out of business hours. Jack worked hard for us and sold the property very quickly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jack to anyone looking at selling their property.

Don’t underestimate Lochie’s age for lack of experience and knowledge

Lochie is not only enthusiastic and has a strong work ethic but is very knowledgeable, organised and determined to do everything possible for his clients. I recently moved interstate and left my property in Lochie’s capable hands. He organised services for me at an excellent price, and most importantly he was communicative and consultative throughout the whole process. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending him!

Can’t recommend him highly enough.

I am an experienced seller and investor with a 40 yr history in the real estate market. I interviewed 3 agents who were very well established but I decided to go with my gut feeling and give young Lochie an opportunity to sell my property. Lochie had recently sold a friends property and got a great result. I was impressed with his honest appraisal, enthusiasm and excellent communication skills.
