Todd was consistent and steadfast throughout the entire process, especially since we had the property was on the market for approximately 12 months. He stayed positive, never lost hope, and always kept our best interests at heart. Even when we received our second-to-last contract, Todd didn’t give up—he continued working diligently to secure the strongest possible outcome. What truly stood out was his clear, honest communication at every step. He maintained our confidence throughout the uncertainty and guided us with transparency and professionalism. Thanks to his persistence and commitment, we achieved our goal. We highly recommend Todd.

Had a great sense of the value and the current market for my property, so easy to talk to and guided me through the processes entailed with the sale of a property. Excellent negotiator getting me a higher price than I was expecting and also had a great eye to finding a new home for me. Was able to get me the perfect place for the next phase of my life. Will highly recommend Donna to anyone thinking of selling their property. I thank her for making a stressful time selling my lifetime home an easy one in the end. During a period of time she was under some personal duress she was totally professional and genuine in her efforts to help me move on with life.
