Michael helped us through the difficult process of preparing for sale and selling our property that had been huge a part of my life for over 50 years. I’m sure it wasn’t the easiest property to sell with specialised but ageing infrastructure that could either be a liability or invaluable to the right people. When we were discouraged Michael kept us moving ahead, doing what we could to facilitate a sale. In the end we got a fair price, both for us and for the new owners who I trust will build their own memories for themselves and their children just as we have.
