My sale went smoothly and was conducted in a totally professional manner . Dale was always available and always returned calls. I would recommend Dale to anyone as their salesperson when selling their property.

It was a little daunting initially the thought of buying a property sight unseen. I had already experienced a few virtual inspections with other agents and felt a little uneasy as it’s hard to get a true feel of the condition of a property and overall feel on a tiny camera. From the initial enquiry, to viewing and purchase, Dale was easy to deal with, acted with integrity and gave an honest representation of the property I’ve ultimately purchased. Dale was helpful and knowledgeable with the contact process, which was invaluable as it’s my first investment property and first Tasmania n real estate purchase. I would recommend Dale and would definitely purchase or sell with him in the future.

Don't bother looking any futher if you are seeking a professional, honest, knowledgable, friendly and communicative real estate agent! Dale Stevenson successfully marketed and sold our home in less than 3 weeks and achieved a price that exceeded our expectations. He made the whole process extremely easy. We can't recommend him enough.
