Good experience happy with everything

We are first home buyers and felt very out of our depth. Aaron was endlessly patient and super available to answer any questions we had.

We had a problem with our sale when a potential buyer put in an offer and we accepted it with a 90 day settlement .But the sale was subjected to first home buyers rules . We had building inspections and these all passed but the buyer wanted to offer less than was originally offered. . The sale fell through Aaron was well prepared for this and 2 days later we had an inspection of potential buyers and this ultimately found us a new buyer. This was such a great result for us as we were offered more for the property than was originally offered well done to Aaron and the team at 4one 4 .

Ant was very knowledgeable of the market and this reflected in our selling price which also highlighted his negotiation skills. Showed total professionalism at all times. Highly recommend Ant and the Team as selling agents.
