Zach was very upfront in what he felt was realistic, but had the goal to push for the highest price for a 3-level townhome in Everton Park and the FABLE complex. Zach gave excellent feedback throughout the campaign, was never pushy and achieved an excellent price with a streamlined marketing campaign.
