The contacts he gave us prior to listing to get the house sale ready were helpful and allowed us to work seamlessly with about 5 trades, all working together within a matter of weeks, no long waiting games! For selling homes in Wakerley and Gumdale, Todd has the contacts, the clientele and the knowledge. It might be a slightly higher commission percentage than other agents, sure, but its irrelevant when your house sells, with an outstanding price and quickly. It was nothing short of a smooth process, with Todd working behind the scenes to negotiate on pricing and settlement so we didn't have to do anything. Claudia his co-partner, is extremely helpful with any questions you have, gets back to you immediately and takes the stress out of the sale process.
