Selling can be stressful, but Troy put us at ease right from the start, and secured the best price for our property. Even though there were some contract hurdles, he kept us informed at all times and we really felt he went out of his way for us - but I guess that's just his style .... very refreshing to feel that we were not just "another vendor" but a valued client. We have no hesitation in recommending Troy and his team to anyone wishing a genuine, no-nonsense realtor to sell their property!
