Jesse came fully prepared to the appraisal with lots of information and guidance on how to present my property and a detailed marketing strategy. We discussed decor, landscaping, pool compliance down to the very minute detail, I never felt rushed or any pressure. I was impressed by Jesse's local knowledge and his warm personality and excellent communication skills it's hard not to like the guy! Not an experience I've always had with other agents. We agreed a realistic timeframe to prepare the property and every step of the way he went above and beyond to ensure the photographs and descriptions truly reflected my lovely home and to ensure a realistic price was obtained in the sale.
