My rental property was in Collingwood Park, QLD, while I live in NSW. I had been thinking for a while about selling it but was avoiding doing anything about it, it all seemed too difficult. Everything was completed without my needing to travel to QLD and in fact we never met. I developed full trust in his ability to deliver what he said he would. In fact, I received two offers from competing agents to give them an opportunity to sell for me and I was not tempted at all. I believe I received as good a price as was possible, given the sudden shift in the market and my decision not to waste time. With his professional attitude and personal integrity Andreas will go a long way.
