Everything he said he'd do - he did it. Rang me up and briefed me after every open. Introduced me to a great settlement solicitor as well. Everything was completed without my needing to travel to QLD and in fact we never met. I developed full trust in his ability to deliver what he said he would. In fact, I received two offers from competing agents to give them an opportunity to sell for me and I was not tempted at all. I believe I received as good a price as was possible, given the sudden shift in the market and my decision not to waste time. With his professional attitude and personal integrity Andreas will go a long way.
