Josh consistently kept me informed throughout the process. Updates were clear and timely which made me feel confident and supported. He had valuable local knowledge and property values and amazing negotiation skills. Josh was very professional and approachable and would highly recommend. There are other people behind the scenes as this is a team effort, such as Callem who helped on several occasions

I’m so grateful to have had the chance to work with Braeydan during my home search. When I first contacted him about a property that had unfortunately already gone under contract, he promptly began sending through new listings — one of which ultimately led me to the home I’ve now successfully purchased. What really stood out was how supportive, attentive, and genuinely invested he remained throughout the entire process, even though he wasn’t the lead agent on the sale. He continued to check in, answer questions, and make sure I had everything I needed to feel confident and informed, with warm, clear communication that made me feel genuinely looked after. Buying a home during a major move can be overwhelming, but Braeydan’s kindness, responsiveness, and willingness to help made the experience so much smoother. I truly appreciate everything he did and am very thankful for the role he played in helping me find the right home.

My rental property was in Collingwood Park, QLD, while I live in NSW. I had been thinking for a while about selling it but was avoiding doing anything about it, it all seemed too difficult. Andreas contacted me (called calling). I shared all my concerns with him. He was sensitive and supportive and waited patiently for almost two years for my decision to list. Andreas liaised with my tenant offering to find him a suitable alternative house, and with my then property manager. Andreas then introduced me to half a dozen excellent tradies, as the property needed to be fixed up. He helped me supervise the tradies, then staged the house and put it on the market. Everything he said he'd do - he did it. Rang me up and briefed me after every open. Introduced me to a great settlement solicitor as well. Everything was completed without my needing to travel to QLD and in fact we never met. I developed full trust in his ability to deliver what he said he would. In fact, I received two offers from competing agents to give them an opportunity to sell for me and I was not tempted at all. I believe I received as good a price as was possible, given the sudden shift in the market and my decision not to waste time. With his professional attitude and personal integrity Andreas will go a long way.

I looked at six Dudman Street three times and every time I was greeted with professionalism ,outstanding communication, friendliness open and honest and the feedback was great His understanding of the market in the area also helped me very much in my decision to buy this house .The way that Andreas conducted himself and his knowledge of the property was excellent. I would highly recommend him
