We were very pleased with the speed at which the property was sold - it only being on the market for 5 days before an offer was accepted. However, we were disappointed with a couple of things over the process: - The commission we had verbally agreed to early on was not honoured by Realty One. - An offer by Realty One to virtually stage the empty rooms was not fulfilled.
