Emma was friendly, communicative and polite throughout most of the process of buying our home. We had a few mixups initially regarding the price and cash v subject to sale however that was sorted fairly quickly. I had said no more that a certain price unless it was subject to sale on our house - however the buyers were told I had said higher which resulted in a few awkward messages until resolved back to the initial price. After that, everything went smoothly until move in day. I don't know if the house was checked prior to the keys handed over to us as the oven and toilets were both in a disgusting condition - so much so that the movers commented on the state of both toilets (lined with grime and covered in...). It took days of bleach and scrubbing to get them clean. Similarly with the oven, both oven trays left had black food stuck all over them as well as the oven itself not being cleaned.
