John went above and beyond. Although the property was being sold AS IS, John allowed prospective buyers to arrange building inspections prior to progressing offers. After settlement, John also provided a lead for prospective tenants and Semple Property Group was generous in providing a gift when I collected the keys which was such a great touch of kindness when they are working for the seller and not the buyer.
