Although Steve had a professional duty of care, he made the journey/process of selling our investment property seamless and personalised. Steve’s commitment to myself as an owner was extraordinary; and I appreciate that Steve was always being mindful of all parties involved (tenants, future buyers). We cannot recommend Steve highly enough; from the first consultation where having all information/facts/recommendations, to talking us through an open home from a Sunday, to negotiating a lease agreement and relocating tenants in a professional matter that reflected on looking after tenants, a home buyer and a current owner, Steve genuinely exceed all our expectations and is an absolute credit to the Realestate Industry. 10/10 does not give Steve enough credibility for the efforts and results obtained.
