One in a million in a difficult industry! Joel Van der Bosch is that agent. His calm caring attitude made him simply believable even though we all know he must represent his vendor, we both felt as if he genuinely cared about our purchase and what we were going through. If you want a "better than the rest" experience, then start with Joel at Lauders RE in Old Bar. Sincerity, manners and a genuine attitude are all buyers want and Joel has it in abundance. Just driving around with him in town to see how many people happily acknowledge him from afar, is a testament to this agent. Highly recommended!
