The whole process was smooth and stress free he communicated exceptionally and had the home sold within a matter of days once listed. He provided advice and accepted our input on price to start at, which together achieved the exact sale price he suggested we would obtain at first appraisal. Open homes, follow ups with potential purchasers and providing feedback was great. Leon even helped us with tip runs and lifting some heavy items. He is a special type of agent (feels like family).
