With Shanti's help we made the move up to Lake Macquarie from Sydney over 15 years ago. She gave us the confidence we needed to give the area a go as our new home and we honestly haven't looked back. We originally tried to sell our property with an out-of-town agent, but they were far less patient in terms of looking for the right Buyer and their lack of local knowledge didn't showcase our home or the location the way it needed. Shanti and her team at SOLD have so much local knowledge and experience in the area that makes them special and unique from any other local or out-of-town agent. Thanks so much for everything Shanti!

It took four weeks for Shanti and her Sold team get our sale, in a rapidly changing market. We were extremely grateful for the honesty and advice from all of the team throughout the whole process. The advice and care also transferred through to assisting our family on our next purchase.

As a first home buyer, I went into this pretty overwhelmed, especially after being gazumped on another property. He reassured me from the start that this one was mine and he genuinely kept his word, which meant a lot. He kept me updated the whole way through and was always honest about everything, which made the process feel a lot less stressful. He actually knows his stuff too, not just selling, but giving advice on what would add value to the house, what’s worth spending money on and what’s not. That was really helpful for me. What stood out most was that he didn’t just feel like he was working for the vendor. He was fair, straightforward and it felt like he genuinely cared about both sides having a good outcome, which you don’t come across often. Overall a really good experience and I’d definitely recommend him.
