I was suddenly faced with needing to sell my mum’s house as we moved her into aged care. It was important to sell quickly, while also achieving a good price to help provide for her future care. I came into the process knowing nothing about selling a property, and from the start, Corey gave me the confidence and clarity I needed. Despite a lot of negative news about the housing market, Corey helped us recognise that our house had standout qualities of its own. We had set a date for auction but received three offers beforehand. Corey handled these with wisdom, and we sold for higher than our reserve price. It was a truly wonderful outcome, and most importantly, a wonderful outcome for my mum. I would wholeheartedly recommend Corey. He was professional, warm and trustworthy throughout the whole process.
