The sale when well despite purchaser reluctance at the beginning of the auction.

Overall, I was happy that a young couple have found a new home. The sale was a compromise of price knowing market conditions have tightened over the last few Months, but Spring & her team performed well.

Planning and execution for the campaign was first class. Back of house was prompt and efficient.

From the initial appointment, things moved quickly. This showed the competence and efficiency of the support staff and Tim's knowledge of the process. The marketing ran smoothly and according to plan. Feedback from opens-for-inspection was timely and informative. Auction day was well staffed and professional. Tim did an excellent job as auctioneer and the outcome met my expectations.
