Although we had to reduce our expectations Michael was always encouraging & courteous with advice

Michael regularly caught up by text, phone or in person. His market knowledge is very good and he negotiates according to the knowledge he has gained of the purchaser. He didn’t push us at all but just discussed with us all our options.
