As first-home buyers, we were excited about the process, but a few things didn’t go as expected. We didn’t receive the main door key at handover, despite multiple follow-ups, and had to use the sliding door to enter and exit the house for a couple of months before finally replacing the lock ourselves. We also hoped for a more special moment with the traditional “SOLD” sticker, but received a “YEWW” one instead, which felt a bit out of place for such a milestone. We appreciate the overall effort but feel these small details could have been handled better to make the experience more memorable.

We worked with Boris to sell an investment property in Canberra. He was recommended by a close friend who had sold a couple of properties through Boris. We found him easy to work with, very clear with his appraisal of the property and he managed to find the right buyer for the apartment.
