He developed and implemented a sale strategy that resulted in an outcome that was above expectations. He was able to pivot based on all the information he and his team collected from prospective buyers. He communicated with the family throughout the process and continues to do so to help in finalising the sale and readying the property to pass to the new owner. I chose Phil and Narelle as a team from Independent to sell my unit rapidly.
