Despite a bearish market, Jean tried her best to prepare and upstage our property. The monetary outcome is not as great as expected, but it is more or less in line with the market. Given a challenging landscape from the property, a few potential buyers backed off from the look of the driveway. Leaving at the end a couple of interested buyers.
