We managed to secure the contract about 2-3 weeks after the market launch. By the way, Matt also represents the team working behind. The team is super helpful including giving tips of staging and managing open homes. Special shoutout to Jody who is meticulous in helping with the whole process from marketing to settlement, in particular, I was away for a week when we did the initial preparation work. Neither Matt nor Jody recommended any unnecessary capital works that didn’t yield any immediate return including staging. Would strongly recommend the team to anyone.
