He is a genuine person who will happily give you the time and support you need. He is not an arrogant man. Richard is the sort of professional that all real estate agents should aspire to be.

When it came time to sell the property, he assisted me with advice and getting the documentation and solicitor's requirements complete in order to get it all done as quickly and easily as possible. The photos and Open Home, as well as dealing with the tenant were all handled perfectly and professionally by Natalie. Not a single issue. Richard was also great through the subsequent building inspections and other minor issues. He kept me informed and we talked through solutions.
