I chose Robyn as there was a house in my street that Robyn had sold and I also had the flyer from the mailbox on my computer desk. I kept it and eventually made the big decision to sell, I used the flyer to contact Robyn - let me tell you that was the best decision I have ever made! Robyn went through the house thoroughly with me, we went over the renovations I was trying to do and helped with getting me in contact with an amazing woman (Helen) who also helped me get contractors and advice on what to do in the house in regards to the renovations. As we know getting contractors before Christmas is nearly impossible but thanks to these 2 amazing women I had my house fully renovated in 3 weeks. Robyn organised for professional photos to be taken and they really highlighted the great work that was done by the contractors. Throughout our the whole process Robyn was available and kept me in the loop with any questions and allayed any worries I had. Robyn was so professional throughout the whole process and I could not have asked for a better person to help and guide me through this. I will forever be grateful for Robyn and what she has helped me achieve, I would highly recommend that if you are thinking of selling that you get in contact with Robyn. Robyn will be by your side through the whole process and she is such a caring, friendly, hard working and compassionate person and if she says she's going to do something it happens. I have seen her work ethic in action and I was truly impressed. So in short LOL if your thinking of selling give Robyn Hunt a call you will not be sorry!

Lyn had insightful knowledge of the local market and gave us good advice on other houses of a similar type that were for sale. She responded quickly and helpfully to queries and maintained consistent communication throughout the processes of selling our home which sold within 3 weeks of going on the market.
