Bourkes realestate.Steve webster and team was amazing in selling and advertising my unit. They had fantastic ideas to increase the price. They had the people to quickly have everything done. Please do the staging it makes a huge different and increases the price. The price was way more than I ever thought I would get for it. Communication was great. Open days was smooth and sale day was quick. Settlement was the same didnt have to look for one. They had a person aswell was too easy.
