We ended up purchasing the property at the maximum of our budget, but we are happy with the property now. Connor was professional in his communications with us during the negotiation process.

Conor and his team were excellent. No issue too small and met with sensible, cost effective solutions. A one stop shop for all our sale needs. He was responsive to our needs and concerns at every step of the process, and was there with direct, personal communications. No sugar coating or just saying things we wanted to hear, truthful, honest conversations and honest opinions. The marketing strategy made sense as well as the realistic price we could fetch. The timeline and eventually the dates for which the house became available for sale was spot on. He knows the area intimately and obviously has a vast array of contacts in the industry, which in the end provided us with a buyer before we went to auction. We were very happy with our sale price, above what we expected. In saying that, his commission was also very competitive against his rivals. Conor was a total professional in all aspects of selling the house. He did what he said he would do at all times and never dismissed us in anything we talked about. He was always available to talk to and nothing was too difficult. I would highly recommend Conor to act as your agent if your selling a property.

Finding the Right Property: I had been searching for a home to purchase over the past six months, and during my search, I was fortunate to view a property in the CBD in Sydney. The managing real estate agent was Pamela Pang from Ray White. From our initial meeting, Pamela came across as very genuine and demonstrated care for both myself and the vendor. Pamela’s Approach: Pamela distinguished herself by not being pushy and allowing me the time I needed to inspect the property. She was more than happy to arrange viewings at times that suited me. Although this is expected in her role, I have interacted with many estate agents who often overlook the buyer’s needs and tend to rush the process, which can ultimately discourage a purchase. Support During Settlement: Throughout the cooling-off period and settlement phases, Pamela answered all my questions promptly and followed up quickly. She would take the initiative to contact the relevant people as needed. This level of support had a significant positive impact on me during what was a stressful time, and Pamela’s calm demeanour made everything feel manageable, and nothing was ever too much trouble for her.
