Selling our home of 22 years was a significant and emotional decision for my wife and me, so choosing the right real estate agent was extremely important. From our very first conversation with Kurt we felt that we were dealing with someone we could genuinely trust. There was no pressure, no unrealistic promises and no feeling that we were simply another property on the books. Instead, Kurt was professional, approachable and honest, and his communication throughout the process gave us a real sense of confidence and reassurance. Kurt kept us informed every step of the way, from open homes and inspections through to detailed feedback from prospective buyers. We always felt that he was working with us, rather than simply working for a sale. When genuine interest developed, Kurt guided us through the process calmly and professionally, ultimately achieving a solid offer and a successful contract in a relatively short period. We experienced exactly the same level of care and professionalism when we subsequently entrusted Kurt with the sale of our rental property. For us, the greatest compliment we can give Kurt is that we felt comfortable, informed and confident throughout the entire experience. Selling a home after 22 years can be daunting, but they made the process feel straightforward and, most importantly, we always felt we were in good hands. My wife and I would have no hesitation in recommending Michaels Real Estate. Professional, friendly, honest and genuinely committed to their clients. it was a great experience from beginning to end.
