From First meeting Jo when looking to purchase a property found her to be extremely knowledgeable about the area and the market. When I was Looking to sell Jo was my first call and she came with all the data of what had been happening around my area. She suggested a Marketing plan which we agreed and we had the property sold within 10 days and a price we believed was obtainable.
