It was a pleasure to do business with David and his team. David is a long term resident of Stanthorpe with years of real estate experience in the town. As such, he is familiar with most properties in the town and surrounding district. One of the things that stood out to me during my association with David was the prospective buyer screening process he went through, particularly out of consideration to my family while we were dealing with challenging health issues. David was at all times courteous, understanding and supportive. His extensive experience in the business was apparent particularly in relation to gauging prospective buyer interest and expectations regarding price and property attributes. David conducted house inspections professionally and ensured that my property was respected and secure. Despite a housing downturn, the worst drought in the region's recorded history and tighter banking lending practices, David was always positive about achieving a successful outcome for the sale of my properties. I couldn't have asked for better buyers for my home and block of land.

Mike is honest, meticulous and is brilliant at connecting people to real estate. His sales systems are varied, unique and successful. I love the systems that Mike uses to communicate and he is probably the most responsive agent I have ever met. These days, it doesn't matter where our real estate is in Brisbane, we will only choose to have Mike sell it for us. His recent sale of our 3 Bedroom Apartment in Leichhardt St, Spring Hill (an apartment complex of 190 units) was a record for the complex and some 17% higher than a similar one sold three weeks prior. Mike bends over backwards for buyers and makes sure they have timely and accurate information at hand and is, literally, friends with everyone with his friendly, and genuine nature. I have met over 230 agents in my four decade real estate journey and Mike is, perhaps one of only a half a dozen that I would trust implicitly in all circumstances. Certainly, there is no one better to sell your home.
