Shane is impressive, but just as impressive as Shane himself is the team he has backing him. One example was when we requested at 5pm on a Sunday afternoon that our house photos be rearranged on the website. Within 5 minutes I had a reply from the team, and within 20 minutes the changes had already been actioned. That level of responsiveness genuinely surprised me. Shane mentioned he has been in real estate for over a decade, and it absolutely shows through his thoughtful communication style. He never overpromised, but was always aiming to overdeliver. At no point during the sale process did we feel pressured, and we never felt there was any dishonesty or withholding of information. Their communication throughout the process was excellent. It genuinely felt like they had refined and perfected their approach over many years. In fact, if they had communicated any more, it probably would have been too much. Another example of how great Shane and the team were was when they went out of their way to help me secure a rental property by writing me a fantastic rental reference, despite it being in a completely different area to where they operate. I genuinely cannot fault Shane or the team and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell property.
