I appointed Michael Hosking as the agent to sell my brother's apartment in Kearney Spring. From the outset Michael communicated a seamless path to take the property from a rental to a sale. Living down south I needed recommendations for conveyancers and other legal requirements needed in Queensland which were provided early. In order to sell my house I approached three agents based on reviews. On paper all seemed equal. After having a chat with all three Aaron stood out head and shoulders above the rest. He impressed me with his very calm demeanour and impressive knowledge, especially the fluent and unambiguous explanation of “the sales pitch”. Although initially not the cheapest, marketing and commission negotiations ended up saving me a lot of money and he ended up being the most reasonable outlay. Good job Aaron
