Cindy asked to show an interested buyer through the home before it was ready for market, having been asked to provide a market appraisal previously. Her market appraisal was somewhat below that of the other agents consulted, and when prompted she acknowledged this as a mistake. Following from this the process of the sale was confused at times, with steps at times taken out of order including acceptance of offer and deposit without having signed authority to act as agent; because of this some refinements of conditions and expectations ended up being made retroactively. Cindy was, however, quite agreeable to refining contracts appropriately once expectations were eventually established. Aside from the occasional challenge due to haste, however, Cindy progressed the sale capably and with generally good communication, keeping me informed of all relevant progress by the buyer, and the end result was satisfactory to both parties.
Cindy gave me excellent advice and support throughout the entire sale process. She knows the market and was instrumental in attracting the right buyers for the property.
