I think we decided on getting new carpet for the unit on a Tuesday and she had it quoted by Thursday and installed on the Saturday. It felt like there was no wasted time during the process with Steve and his team remaining focused on getting us the best possible outcome. Overall Steve and his team were fantastic to deal with and I would recommend them to anyone selling, especially, if you’re first timers like we were.
