Unfortunately a family crisis occurred when our son was diagnosed with brain cancer and passed away in a short time. During this time the understanding and empathy of both Jay and Josh was exemplary. From that time on there were some further complications which Jay and Josh were able to overcome leading to the successful sale of our house which lowered our stress levels enormously. Events after this seemed to follow the usual sale proceedings and led to a very satisfactory conclusion to our dealings with Barr and Standley
