Wow. I don’t know where to start. Having not lived in Newcastle long we were so unsure on who to trust or who to listen to when it came time to sell our house. There were brochures in our mailbox daily from agents promising the world. Who do you go with ? In all honesty the process of the sale of our house was one I have never experienced before. Having bought and sold a lot of houses Liam was by far the most amazing agent I have ever dealt with. First of all he made us laugh right from the get go. His sense of humour put us at ease immediately. He is not a Wanker !!! The most incredible thing was he followed through with his promises. Liam left us speechless with the time it took to sell our gorgeous cottage. He sold it to the first couple that he showed through within days of signing on with the Camia team and for more than we had imagined. We were in shock for days. I had to pinch myself to make sure I hadn’t dreamt it. To be honest I chose Liam because he had a campaign on FB saying blatantly “ Do you want to UNFUCK your campaign ? “ Hell yes i found myself saying out loud. So that made me laugh and Liam followed through with that. He totally Unfucked our campaign. I cannot recommend Liam highly enough. Just for the laughs alone this guy is all over it. He knows the market. He is intelligent and thoughtful. He stayed in touch daily which was so refreshing. He didn’t rest. If you are thinking about getting Camia stop right now. Just do it. Liam is your Dude.

Lance is honest, trustworthy and always comes back smiling no matter what you throw at him. That winning smile was a sign. He gets the job done quickly, efficiently, effortlessly and doesn’t make you feel as though you are bidding against yourself to get the agent a higher commission as some do. He made it happen for us (with a bit of help from above) so that the purchase ties in with the sale settlement when I felt I could take no more stress of selling and buying. The home ticks all our boxes and is the one for us. First and only home he has shown us and it was the one and meant to be. He is the nicest and kindest person and everyone speaks highly of him - you can’t help but love him.
