Seller of 28 Bramble Terrace, Red Hill
Andrew and his team are seriously good. They know the market extremely well and are first class in how they go about presenting a property . They’re also extremely good in their interactions with potential buyers. Overlaying all of this is a clear commitment to communication which is timely, relevant and honest.
Seller of 3/207 Pickering Street, Enoggera
Andrew and Sam were always very responsive, available and easy to reach throughout the campaign, and we appreciated the effort they put into ultimately achieving a successful sale result for our property. Both were approachable and proactive with buyer follow-up, and we always felt they were working hard behind the scenes. The main area we would have appreciated more support in was communication clarity throughout the process. At times there was a lot happening across different parties and stages of the campaign, and we occasionally found ourselves needing to follow up for clarification or a clearer understanding of strategy, next steps and settlement-related processes. Overall though, we appreciated their responsiveness, professionalism and persistence in getting the property sold.

Selling with Byron Freeborn of Ocean Realty Wynnum Brisbane Australia. If you have a piece of precious real estate that you need to sell at the price you want, then can I recommend Byron Freeborn to act for you? So Byron and I talk about a lot of things besides real estate which makes working with him more like a walk in the park than a struggle to climb a high mountain. The thing about Byron is that he is an engaging conversationalist, a reader and an active community volunteer. This makes the most problematic campaign a pleasant journey together. To the main game, however. In real estate performance is the goal and the process. Byron is always well prepared, thorough, enthusiastic up for anything to help to achieve this and still keep fresh, his sheer hard work is outstanding over the three different campaigns he has conducted for me during the last several years. The first of these was an apartment in Bay Terrace, Wynnum. The second a three-bedroom 2-storey house in the same suburb and the third a beach house on Straddie/Minjerribah. I have especially appreciated Byron’s friendly tact when dealing with negotiations on price. As he should be, he is ambitious to achieve the best outcome for the seller and yet knows the sensitive points for buyers. In the case of each property I am way with a sense that the final, negotiated price was a fair and reasonable one for both parties.
