We had a fantastic experience with Stefan and the whole team at Heavyside throughout the selling process. From start to finish, we felt informed and confident in his abilities to get us the best outcome possible for our property. In particular - given the fact we were interstate during the sale, we relied on his high level of communication and attentiveness to our concerns. Behind the scenes, Stefan went above and beyond to get us a result we were extremely happy with.

We could not have been happier or more impressed with our partnership with Stefan. He communicated regularly and openly and was highly competent and professional. We were never pressured - he was genuine and straight with us. His knowledge of the market combined with his people skills enabled him to be very effective. He’s dedicated to his craft and it shows. Thank you Stefan.

Unless you are a property investor or developer, buying and / or selling property is not something you do every day, so you need a real estate agent who is there to help you every step of the way. Stefan Cook and his team at Fletchers were there from first contact until the contract of sale was signed. Providing helpful advice and assistance in the lead-up to the start of the campaign, Stefan also gave valuable feedback after every open home to help give us an informed idea of how things were tracking towards auction day. On auction day itself, Stefan went through expectations and did everything possible to get the sale price we were after. We also got a bottle of bubbly after the contract was signed, so really, that just made it even better! We can't recommend Stefan and the team at Fletchers enough.
