Honestly, it’s best to speak from experience. I first met Kim in 2024 when he sold my apartment in the city of perth for $620k about $20k more than I expected. Because of that result, I decided to work with him again. This time, I was aiming for $1 million, with a dream price of $1.2 million. Given the market conditions, we achieved $950k, which I was still very happy with. His marketing costs are around 50% higher than other agencies I’ve used, but the results and final sale price more than make up for the difference. Overall, the outcome outweighs the extra cost.
