Very Open Honest Communications from the start. Tim does the work to for each and every client. He is a people person and is super genuine to all parties, both sellers and buyers. Open honest feed back and is extremely happy to take and advise questions, strategies on board. But most of all I think it’s his professionalism, patience and his general care and the challenge that sets him apart from other agents. This whole process was super enjoyable, easy and the results achieved were record breaking for the area! You owe it to yourself to get in touch with Tim and give him the chance to show the industry how it’s done. I went to 4 agents in the area and I was shocked at how tunnel visioned they were on previous sales and wanting quick results. Then although Tim didn’t really know the area that well at the start. He had fantastic strategies bought in a lot of different clients and certainly was in a hurry to flip the property at a lower price. We had a goal in mind and Tim not only achieved it he bettered it. If I had taken up the other agents offers I would have done myself out of $200k. So I can only praise Tim for his outstanding work and commitment and recommend that you give him the opportunity.
