Karen is an honest, experienced, efficient and knowledgeable agent. Our block of 4 flats not strata titled created some difficulties especially with 2 flats containing elderly long term tenants - one couple having lived there for over 50 years. Karen treated them with respect and courtesy and kept them informed as well. As she presented us with several contracts she explained the pros and cons of each one as well as listening and taking into account our views on the sale. Her young employee, Katie who did a lot of the hard work especially at open houses displayed the same work ethics and negotiation skills. The agency did not charge any upfront costs.

He took the time to explain the strategy, and I’m glad I trusted his expertise - the auction result exceeded our expectations and will really help with my mum’s ongoing care.
