Good experience when we originally were the buyers

The property was marketed very well on the internet with good photos and information on the property. Andrea worked with us when she showed us the house and was very professional when it came down to the negotiations with the sellers. We felt that she was looking for a positive outcome for both parties and we thank her for that.

Went with Karl because we purchased our home through him and everything went smoothly and then decided to sell many years later. Had many other real estate agents contact us but do to previous dealings with Karl and knowing the experience he had and how comfortable we were with him we gave him a call.
