I was quite jaded and tired of the whole process when I found this property, and of course knew the selling agent is always working for the seller, not the buyer. Yet from the first minute, Sam was honestly a breath of fresh air - responsive, flexible, answered any (and many) questions, kept communications open throughout the negotiating period, facilitated non-standard terms, and was faultlessly professional, friendly, transparent and kind throughout. I honestly don't know how he stays so genuinely nice and positive in such a cutthroat industry. And somehow he manages to balance family life alongside total commitment to landing good outcomes for both sides of sale and the crazy hours that can entail.
