Blake kept in touch with me all the way. He also gave me advice when needed. I have dealt with the local real estate agents before and Blake was far more superior he never fed me BS and didn't try to sell my house cheap for a quick sale like the local agents do. I would recommend Blake at one percent properties to anyone who is looking for a cheaper and more professional service.
